Can my child and I use it with no prior experience?

Yes! We designed it specifically for complete beginners, so children aged seven and up can use it.
Younger children will need help from a parent and can enjoy it as a toy.

With so many similar products, what makes yours different?

This is our third generation, and you can find videos of our robots online from four years ago.

Products that imitate ours mainly fall into two categories:

• Electronics maker kits, which typically require guidance from a teacher and some prior knowledge.
• AI voice toys. Compared with these toys, ours offers more hands-on learning and robotics knowledge.

Our DIY series focuses on helping beginners get started with robotics. We’ve developed a wide range of fun, accessible tools that require no prior experience.

What’s the difference between the version with a controller and the robot-only version?

The only difference is the included controller. All controller functions are also available on your phone. You can use an Android phone, iPhone, tablet, or computer, regardless of model.

The controller is easier for younger children to use, and its functions can also be customized through programming.

The robot only supports our dedicated controller. It does not support standard PlayStation or Xbox controllers.

Are software updates free?

Yes. Software updates are always free for the same hardware version.

Does it come with an instruction manual?

Yes. A printed instruction manual is included in the box.
